?This Lipper International Bamboo Over the Sink Cutting Board makes a great housewarming or wedding gift. It is made from bamboo wood which is a renewable source and is harder than maple. Just put it over your sink and you can slide all your food right onto a plate. Measurements: 20 1/2 inches wide by 11 1/2 inches deep by 2 inches high. Hand wash with mild soap and cold water. Do not soak. Do not put in the dishwasher, microwave or refrigerator. Extreme changes in temperature will cause the material to crack over time. Dry well. Occasional use of mineral oil on the interior will help maintain its appearance.
